We want you to be happy with your purchases from Foster Road Farm and your experience with our business. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately sending us: your order number, a photo of your damaged/defective item, and a detailed explanation of your concerns. Payment for Online Orders
All online sales through our website must be made by credit card or PayPal. Sales through our Etsy store are processed using their proprietary systems.
Acceptance of orders is subject to payment verification.
Once an order is submitted, Foster Road Farm cannot change the order or method of payment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Foster Road Farm does not offer international shipping at this time.
We take pride in growing healthy, vigorous plants. You have the right to refuse plants pre-purchased online for any of our on-farm sales if they show evidence of disease or pest infestation. You are responsible for the continued care of the plants you purchase and no refunds are offered for plants that fail to thrive once they leave our control. We are happy to answer questions and provide growing advice when you pick up your plants.
Our cut flowers are sold in healthy condition, properly processed and hydrated. Purchasers have the right to refuse product at the time of purchase if there is evidence of premature senescence. Each type of flower has a natural life span and some last much longer than others in the vase. Because cut flowers are highly perishable, we do not typically provide refunds once flowers have left our care. But please contact us if you believe there is a problem we should correct. Bespoke Printed Goods
We offer customers of our bespoke linens the opportunity to purchase a preview sample before placing a full order to ensure the final printed colors meet their expectations based on online and PDF color visualization. We do not offer refunds for final products due to color discrepancies once swatches have been approved (unless the final result is not consistent with the preview sample) or if customers opt not to purchase a preview sample. Bespoke products are not returnable.
