Dyer’s Chamomile

Cota tinctoria. Those who wish to grow dye plants that will yield colorants in their first year, need look no further. Dyer’s chamomile is short but will produce ample material this season. The blooms are charming and pretty as a decorative plant. Just don’t confuse this plant with German Chamomile (also available at the sale) which is used in soothing teas and tinctures.
